Toronto is a multi-cultural city that offers a lot of activities and events to get to know different cultures.
I studied hard to improve my English and all teachers and staff here were very supportive. The result of that, I was able to have had many valuable experiences with new friends in Toronto. I started as beginner and within 6 months, I’m now in Academic class which makes me very proud of. But I couldn’t accomplish this much without the support from teachers and school staff and I’m very thankful.
I will continue to study in Academic program and maybe in Business English Program in the future since I heard that it’s a great program for students who want to improve vocabulary and especially the presentation skills.

My teaching career began back in the early 90's when I decided I needed some adventure in my life and I relocated to Seoul, Korea to teach ESL. I have been teaching ever since and what I like most about it is that I am still learning new things about the English language and I am able to share this with my students.

I have BA in English language and Literature from the University of Montenegro. I have been an English teacher since 1995 with years of experience teaching English at the intermediate and advanced levels at a high school in Podgorica-Montenegro.
I also prepared and conducted English workshops in Child Right Center of Montenegro sponsored by Save the Children, UK. In 2003 I moved with my husband to the U.S. where our first child was born. In 2006 we moved to our permanent home in Toronto.  I got my TESL Canada certificate in 2009 and TESL Ontario in 2011. During this time I volunteered as an ESL teacher at Gallanough Resource Centre, but mostly I was devoted to taking full-time care of my kids. I have been with Omnicom, now Stafford House, since December of 2013.
To teach English in an English-speaking school and in an English-speaking environment has been a long-time dream come true. Everything else, working with a great team of people here at Stafford House and teaching young enthusiasts from all around the world, is just an added bonus!
